- Available from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Available Monday through Friday
- Includes: Internet Access, Projector & Screen, Podium, Microphone, Tables and Chairs set-up, West River Hall staff clean up
- Additional $100 for table linens
- For meetings one hour or more, rental fee is provided upon request.

Deposit:
$250.00 Due with application/agreement and payable to “Hall Rentals LLC”.
$400.00 Due with application for wedding reception.
Refundable Security Deposit:
$250.00 security charge will be added to the agreement and refunded 3 days after the event provided all conditions have been adhered to.
